This guide will outline how to add your email signature into Close.
Method
Navigate to the Settings page, located on the bottom of the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
Once there, click Email under the Communication section. You should see a page like the one below.
Once here, click the ‘< >’ button at the bottom right of the Signature box to enter the code version of your signature.
This will allow you to paste in code and turn it into your signature so that it comes out perfect every time.
Request the code from your manager if you haven’t already received it.
Paste the code for your signature into the Signature box.
Click Save when you’re done.
To check if the signature has formatted correctly, click the ‘< >’ button again and you should see the email signature as it would appear at the bottom of your emails.
