How to create tasks

Navigate to the prospect’s lead page.

On the left side of the lead page is where you’ll find the Tasks. Click the + button to create a new task.

Update the following details for the task:

Description - Brief description of what the task is.

Date & Time - The date & time the task needs to be completed.

Assigned User - Who will be completing the task.

Click Save when you’re done.
